Visit https://m-board.io/settings to access your individual billing email address
Set up automatic email forwarding
In your email client, create a rule to automatically forward Zalando invoice emails — including PDF and CSV attachments — to the billing email address from step 1

Zalando sends invoices in two formats depending on your account setup — either weekly or monthly. Both formats are supported
You can filter the Zalando invoice emails in your inbox as follows:
Option A (New Contract)
Sender: [email protected]
Subject: Your Invoice ... from ...
Option B (Existing Contract)
Sender: [email protected]
Subject: Your Invoice or Credit Note No. ...
